Howdy! I’m Sarah Howley. I’m an author, speaker, trained Christian counselor, and founder of InspiritEncourage.

My own faith has been strengthened by doubt, and that has made me passionate about helping people grow in a deeper relationship with Christ while navigating the very real tensions of life, faith, and Scripture.

The goal of my work is create a safe space where everyone in the body of Christ is encouraged to ask honest questions while discovering the great love of God and his trustworthiness.

And just so you know a little about me as a human… if it’s before 2pm, there’s almost always a shot of espresso in my hand.
