The Struggle to Trust God
What if our faith grows into a mustard tree? Imagine what that kind of faith can do! Trusting God will grow us from seed to a full tree.
Trust God or Trust Man?
If we do not trust God, we are left with poor substitutes: trust in myself or trust in someone else.
God’s Plan for Me is Good
Do we believe that His plans are to prosper us and give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)? That is trusting God.

Trust in God, for his character, his ability, his strength, his truth. He is trustworthy.

It set them free from the worry of their harassing enemies and set God in His right place, the object of worship. Seek Truth, Speak Truth.
Peace with Ourselves
More often than not, we are not at peace because we are upset with ourselves: blaming ourselves or feeling guilty for brokenness. Finding peace with ourselves
Patience for God’s Handiwork
It is not time that heals all things, but our Lord who works in the waiting.
Be Courageous and Act Humbly
We need to be like Abigail and embrace courage, act humbly, and go beyond recognizing issues by acting on them.
Praise Him in the Midst
God is worthy of our praise and we have to praise Him. He is our rallying cry, the one who sustains us. Praise him even in conflict.
For the Good of Many
Esther sees that through one man all Jews were threatened and through one woman there is a chance for re-establishing peace. Esther as a peacemaker of God
Trusted Counsel
Jethro says no man can do this alone and that it merely wears out everyone involved. God provides trusted council.
Power and the Peacemaker
Similarly, when we rest in the knowledge that we are blessed by God, why do we always have to have the last word or come out on top or be the winner!
